On June 29, the 3rd Japan-China International Nursing Symposium, hosted by Juntendo University, was held in Tokyo, Japan. The Department of Nursing of LZUFH was invited to participate in the academic exchanges and seminars, and selected Ma Xiaoli, Chief Nurse of Thoracic Surgery Department, and Wu Yuchen, Deputy Chief Nurse of Anesthesiology & OR Department, to attend the meeting and make a report.
The theme of this conference is “Nursing Education Development and Anti-epidemic Experience.” Ma and Wu made oral presentations on the topic of “Application and Exploration of 3D Panoramic View Combined with Holographic Imaging Teaching in Nursing Clinical Early Contact” and “The Impact of Public Health Emergencies on Nursing Staff’s Mental and Physical Health” respectively, and discussed with scholars at the site on the specific implementation of 3D Panoramic View Combined with Holographic Imaging Teaching, and the mode of work-rest for front-line nursing staff during public health emergencies.
During the exchange, the nursing team was invited to visit the Eiseikai Association, and the Endoscopy Nursing Center of the Juntendo University. Through various forms of exchanges such as listening to the report, field visit, and discussion, the team gained a more comprehensive understanding of the Japanese model of elderly care service, nursing care service, and the items and processes of the medical examination service, and so on.
The visit achieved good expected results. By expanding the international perspective to reflect on the development of nursing discipline, the hospital has gained experience for the future improvement of geriatric care services, enhancement of the physical examination and medical experience.
