2022 “The Belt and Road” Countries·China Hospital Management Conference held

In order to further improve the effectiveness of global public health governance, exchange new ideas and offer new paths, deeply practice “the Belt and Road” strategy, work together to build a global community of health for all, “the Belt and Road” Countries·China Hospital Management and High-quality Development International Academic Conference, held by the First Hospital of Lanzhou University (LZUFH) open at 8:30 am Beijing time on August 27 in Lanzhou, China.
This three-day conference will focus on the key contents of "Healthy China" medical services and plan from a global perspective to promote innovative development. Though affected by the pandemic, LZUFH overcame difficulties and continued to expand new partners and models for international medical exchanges and cooperation. We have invited 11 foreign experts and scholars from Germany, Russia, Romania, India, Greece, Bangladesh, Georgia, the United Kingdom and Madagascar as well as over 100 domestic specialists to make academic reports and conduct profound discussion centered on such topics as hospital management, DRG/DIP practice, digitalization and the construction of smart hospital, multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussion on digestive system diseases, new trends in cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment, acute critical illness and trauma medicine development as well as clinical laboratory quality and safety management.
During the conference, a series of academic activities were also held, such as “2022 Management Training Program of LZUFH”, “Webinar on ‘the Belt and Road’ Medical Cooperation and Exchanges” and “ITLS and Trauma Treatment Training Course”.
Via the conference, we have promoted exchanges and cooperation in the medical field along “the Belt and Road” countries, draw on the strengths of other countries, integrate medical development essence at home and abroad, jointly discuss the development of hospitals in the new era, and work together for the health and well-being of the people.
