date:2020/6/24 11:58:55 hot:2307
Recently, a patient came to the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery of our hospital because of abdominal pain and was initially diagnosed as massive hepatocellular carcinoma in the right lobe of the liver.
Liver cancer surgery belongs to level four surgery for its high-risk and high difficulty. Under the close collaboration of surgeons, anesthesiologists and nurses, the patient received laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery combined with the idea of ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery). After surgery, the patient walked back to the ward from Operating Room. On the day of the operation, he was able to move freely. The indicators reached the discharge standard 3 days after the operation, and the patient was discharged normally on the 4th day.
The success of such surgery shows that the hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery team, anesthesia team, and nursing team of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University have achieved effective results in the safe implementation of ERAS in complex level four surgery.
