Recently, the Scientific Session of American Heart Association was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Zhang Zheng, Peng Yu and other two doctors from Heart Center of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University, were invited to attend the conference and submitted papers for abstract session and poster presentations centered with the role of routine angiographic follow-up after percutaneous coronary intervention -a meta-analysis Including 14199 Patients.

    The American Heart Association offers a robust scientific and clinical learning portfolio of programming for a vast array of specialties. During the conference, Professor Zhang conducted a wonderful review about the role of oral protease PCSK9 inhibitor in guiding clinical treatment of ASCVD. The review and reports made by Zhang Zheng and Peng Yu at the conference have expanded the influence of Lanzhou University and our hospital in American medical fields, enhancing mutual understanding and further developing the channels of international cooperation.
