On October 29, 2019, on behalf of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University, Vice President Liu Jian and the hospital delegation from Seoul Asan Medical Center in South Korea held profound talks. Mr. Young Tak Kim, Board Member of Asan Medical Center and Director of the International Medical Treatment, introduced the basic situation of Asan hospitals at first and also received the related information of our hospital from Vice President Liu Jian.

    After heated discussion, the two parties reached a consensus on such topics as surgery, hospital management and personnel exchanges in the future and signed a cooperation agreement. Since 2014, under the guidance of Health Commission of Gansu Province, our hospital has sent a number of surgeons to Seoul Asan Medical Center for academic exchanges. The signing of this cooperation agreement has opened a new chapter in the cooperation of the two hospitals.
